eGangtori IX: Almira 28 Nearly Finished

Dear All:

We have now completed Almira 28 barring a few.
Work however has halted in Raghunath Temple and it will be atleast a month befor we resume work there as my Team is now digitizing another Collection very rich in Sharada Birch-Barks. Details still a Secret.

The Complete List of Manuscripts digitized so far in Almira 28 are here:

Incidentally, I also generated the List of Manuscripts we did for Almira 9.

The Few Interesting Ones we go to see were since my last Posting:
Abhinavagupta and Utpal’s Pratyabhijna Vrriti And Ishwar Pratyabhijna Vivritti Vimarshini in 647 Pages

This is a very rare and critical manuscript.

The Ramanujan Bhashya on Bhagavata Gita
We also got to do a few Volumes of Mahabharata Manuscripts from another Almira we are identifying as 28-A:
This Almira also has a Tibetan Manuscript. The Cover Page can be viewed here.
It would be interesting to know from Tibetologists in the List if the Cover Page identified in Devanagari and English correspond to the Tibetan in the Spine.
Around a Year ago, an Indological eBook Aficianado and Online Uploader had sent me a List of Books published by Arthur Avalon’s Agama Anusandhan Samiti in Calcutta and marked items which were not avaialble in any online Site or known to be in Print or Circulation.
One of the Items that had really struck my attention was the Tantrabhidhana Kosha – (Dictionary of Tantric Terminologies) which is also the First Publication in Agama Anusandhan Samiti’s Tantric Text.

I am glad to say that this Work and a few other Out of Print publications of Agama Anusandhan Samiti  we were able to find:

Tantrabhidhana Kosha, A 1939 Publication
Prapancha Sara Tantra. I & II. A 1935 Publication
Kali Vilas Tantra ( Possible Publication Date 1917 )
Kaulavali Nirnaya, A 1929 Publication
Adieus With the Hope that All Indological Printed Material and Manuscripts Are Made Available Online forever
